ASCERA FAQ

Usage FAQ

Most vendors do not enforce usage guidelines, so it is not possible for us to say for certain. This depends on a number of factors, from the potency of the concentrate you are using, to the configuration of the cartridge, and the intensity of the wattage being applied.

In general, ASCERA cartridges are best configured with low voltage solutions to provide smooth, flavorful puffs with small amount of overall vapor volume. This allows users to gently administer their medicine of choice without risk of over-application.

ASCERA Hardware is best used on the following settings:

510 Cartridge

• Puff: 5-10 seconds

• Voltage: 2.0V – 2.4V

Disposable Device

• Puff: <10 seconds

Using ASCERA hardware more often than 10 times in 30 minutes may result in burning the contents inside the chamber, and could also contribute to clogging.

Your device is not at risk of damage. However, the oil inside the chamber can burn.

We recommend following our recommended usage guidelines above to maintain a healthy cartridge and pleasant user experience:

Our cartridges still perform at higher voltages. However, our low resistance Quartz Coil is designed to be used at low voltage. This means that higher volts will produce higher heat, quicker.

Please use caution when operating our devices. Start on low voltage with slow draws, and increase your voltage to suit your taste and consumption preferences.

About ASCERA

Zirconia “Jewellery” Ceramics are in use across many industries, from Dentistry to Jewellery.

Zirconia Ceramic is a highly durable, hard, inert, bio compatible, and pure material made from an advanced refinement process. Nearly as strong as steel, but without the risk of oxidization, heavy metals, or the ability to carry a charge. It is the optimal material for the long term storage and eventual consumption of oils.

Please contact one of our agents to receive a sample, or schedule an appointment to chat with us. We’ll happily show you a breakdown of our tanks, and talk about how we’re different than ANY other brand out there!

Throughout our research, we found that for safety of the consumer, as well as the best experience, Zirconia Ceramic was the best possible choice. We guarantee no “tinny” taste, no matter how long your oil sits in the cartridge.

Zirconia Ceramic is a highly refined, highly durable ceramic. Manufacturing this material is more challenging, but results are worth it. The material toughness of Glass Ceramic is greater than the common steel used in objects such as door hinges!

Fill out the RFQ Form and request a Viscosity Sample Pack. Once you have determined which viscosity works for your oil, we will sell you any ASCERA product using that configuration. If the stock 3 do not perform optimally, we may need to engage in a customization cycle.

After reviewing the test results, we iterate until we have a perfect match. This becomes your own personal SKU, which we guarantee we will manufacture exactly the same way in the future. This assures a consistently perfect experience for your end consumers.

Our flat-bottomed triangular aspiration holes allow more of the last drops of oil in the tank to be used, leaving less residue behind and reducing waste. This results in improved customer experience, and satisfaction.

In conjunction with our flat-bottomed aspiration holes, the slope forces the oil down towards the bottom of the tank. This slope combined with the flat-bottomed holes has given us an effective way to prevent product lossage.

Your customers will notice and appreciate that the tank looks empty at the end of their usage experience.

Quartz has a high thermal resistance, which makes it a popular choice for the “bangers” used in dab rigs.

Elements of quartz are mixed into our coils, allowing for slower heat diffusion.

In layman terms, it’s helps to prevent burning the oil and provides a smooth puff, with great flavor.

Viton, or FKM style gasketry and O-rings are a synthetic rubber and fluoropolymer elastomer. It’s trusted across many industries, from submarines to space exploration equipment such as astronaut suits and shuttles.

Terpenes are what give oils their flavor, but are also caustic. Caustic compounds corrode plastics such as silicone, leeching impurities and chemicals into the oil.

Products in large supply chains can be in storage or transit for months. During this time, exposure to the gasketry is inevitable. To remove the risk of chemical leaching, we provide Viton gaskets as an upgrade.

Although it is not yet mandated by the FDA or Health Canada, we believe it is our responsibility to advocate for the users health and wellbeing.

As stated in our usage guidelines, we recommend 2.0V – 2.4V and 5-10 second puffs.

However, a variety of factors can change the performance of the tank, from the battery to the oil to the air pressure where the device is being used.

Our 350mAh pen-style and palm-style batteries have been designed to pair with our cartridges, and standard configurations, with the most common industry oil types.

To find out what configuration and voltage is best suited to your oil, please speak with one of our sales agents. We will be able to walk you through a series of tests, and even refine the cartridge configuration to match your oil if needed.

We’re here to provide a industry defining experience, and it starts with tailoring our products to match your needs.
